Multi-family Acquisitions 

Investment Size

Acquire 1-100 unit multi-family properties where value can be added through improved management, renovations, leasing, and/or repositioning within two years.

Target acquisitions that allow significant rent increases through property rebranding and repositioning with “cosmetic” construction/rehab efforts.

Investment Thesis

To acquire non-institutional “value add” multi-family opportunities in core supply constrained Southern California in-fill markets with recent institutional multi-family investment and development.

Target Markets

Core In-fill markets located in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties.

Target markets will be high barrier to entry markets with aging housing stock but strong market fundamentals and recent institutional investment.
